The BBQ Cook-off is divided into two categories -- Professional Teams (2012 Purse: $12,500 ) and amateur Backyard Burners (2012 Purse: $2,300).

Professional Teams:

Grand Champion: $3,000 + Trophy
Reserve Grand Champion: $2,000 + Trophy
Each of the four categories will have a 1st – 5th place cash prize winner!
1st place: $575
2nd place: $475
3rd place: $375
4th place: $275
5th place: $175

Total Pro Purse: $12,500
